Tribal Partnership initiatives are born from from working within tribal nations and communities and listening to the needs identified by each community. Four Winds Connections collaborates to create community-centered, community-led, sustainable programs. Partners include Leech Lake Tribal Police and Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe, Mille Lacs Tribal Police, Little Earth of United Tribes, as well as The Bond Between and the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine. The work supports community members and their beloved four-legged companions with access to veterinary care, behavioral support, and guidance around pet resources, such as food and supplies.
